Math & English Workshops

Math and English fundamentals lay the groundwork for all learning that follows in education. At Saso High School Prep we are committed to advancing your child's foundational skills.

Math Workshops
A solid basic foundation in mathematics is needed for high school math, algebra, geometry, trig, calculus, science, foreign language and the arts. Math facilitates a commonsense way of thinking that encourages organizational skills, logical and analytical thinking, and making deductions.

Basic Mathematics for High School

  • For 6th - 8th graders
  • Strengthening core essential math skills
    without dependence of calculator
  • Improving proficiency with fundamental math concepts including: decimals, fractions, equations, percents, proportions, basic geometry, and positive and negative numbers

English Workshops
Understanding and applying parts of speech has proven to be a highly successful tool in essay writing. The ability to write well is key for unlocking academic success in high school and beyond. Like math, writing concepts build on each other.
