Many students are expected to take Algebra during their 8th grade year. This course will serve as an introduction for 7th graders who will be taking Algebra in 8th grade, a refresher for those 7th graders who have already begun Algebra, and a support for 8th graders who will be taking Algebra in high school in the fall.
With over 35 years of high school teaching experience, Mr. Saso has the ability to both relate effectively to students and to clearly explain complex Algebraic concepts.
Students will leave this course with a greater understanding of the core concepts of Algebra. Students who are struggling with Algebra will find the support they need to be successful. Students who are proficient in Algebra will solidify the knowledge they already have.
